Waracake, an online marketplace for independent bakers and confectionary makers, officially launched in February, aiming to make it easier for customers to purchase from a wide collection of sellers and have their cakes delivered to any location in Lagos and Abuja. I completed a Product Design course with Torilo Academy in 2019 which lasted for 6 weeks. The course is broken down into User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. The UI section of the course focused on elements used in web and mobile UI design and how these elements affect the users the interfaces are designed for. The UX section of the course focused on customer-centric approaches to designing websites and mobile applications to ensure that customers using services you have designed get the best value from them.
