Problem Statement

Getting good artisans can be a headache. It’s also difficult to know how credible an artisan is. A lot of Nigerians are only able to get quality services via referrals as there is no properly structured platform to access this service.  They also do not want to pay in advance for services rendered as they would prefer to ensure services are 100% satisfactory before making payment for them.

Scope of work

We will be building a platform focused on enabling users easily access artisans for services that interest them seamlessly. We will be asking potential customers on how they currently access this service, challenges they face while trying to access this service and how they feel about an online platform to access this service. We would go through the process as highlighted below

·      Identifying and Interviewing potential users

·      Identifying product owner’s goals and feature expectations

·      Bridging the gap between user’s expectations and that of product owner

·      Creating user flows with flow charts

·      Presenting user flows to product owner and users

·      Making iterations where necessary

·      Creating wireframes and presenting to both stakeholders

·      Making iterations where necessary

·      Creating prototypes and presenting to stakeholders for testing

User Audience

The audience are majorly home owners  and also tenants. These are majorly literates who would rather stay at home and have artisans come to them. They are usually working class. They are mainly 24 and above.
